Found a good app for tracking macros
« on: February 25, 2019, 09:55:27 PM »
I installed an app called Keto Diet Tracker on my phone.  Makes it easy to track daily intake of carbs, protein, fat and calories.  Can scan bar codes for nutritional info of products, count either net carbs or total carbs.  Save foods to favorites, if doing recipes save the recipe instead of individual ingredients, and if something is consumed every now & then find it in recents.
I subscribed to the yearly subscription for $12/year to get the full features.

I noticed in the OP I had stated 12/month, it is $12 per year.

Just discovered that it has a ton of restaurants listed also with nearly everything on their menus.  Very helpful.  And also very surprising to see the number of carbs in some typical restaurant meals you wouldn't expect to be high carb.
