My go to pizza crust

Pizza crust

1/2 alomnd flour
1/4 Vital Wheat Gluten
1/4 starter
1/4 pkg of yeast
1/2 cup 110 water and pinch of sugar to get yeast going
pinch of salt

Mix almond flour, starter and VWG together the mix in water/yeast slowly til a dough ball forms then let it rise for 1 hr roll our and let rise 30 mins

Bake 375 till browning starts then remove and top with sauce and cheese  OR  try it topped with sauce and cheese    MAKE SURE YOU US PARCHMENT PAPER   it can stick!

@TMB, I see you list STARTER on many of your recipes, what exactly is that? Did you post instructions somewhere?

A starter is simply flour and water....

No, been to busy last few months but really wanting to try to make one some how
