Pizza Crust high rise style
2 Cup Almond flour
1/2 VWG
3/4 cup starter
3/4 cup warm water (110)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
Mix the starter and water (110 temp) together set aside, them mix all dry ingredents to remove any lump.
After about 10 mins of setting mix water/starter into the dry mix and kneed for 3 mins then let rise in warm area for 3 hrs before deviding into 4 dough balls
