We had enough mix for two batches of 24.  After the first batch we tasted them and determined it needed more salt.  We also like things a little spicy so we added some jalapeno powder also.  And for good measure some more cheese.
Second batch was much better, but the first batch was good too. 

As far as the cauliflower taste if you despise cauliflower you probably wouldn't like these though the taste really isn't that dominate.  I put some sriracha on mine, just as I would when I would have tater tots. 

We be doing these again for sure.  Had four for a snack mid morning today.
