Chocolate peanut butter pecan fat bombs

For these I use one bar of Bakers Chocolate 100% Cocao, 1/3 cup of coconut oil.  Heat in a 2 cup measuring cup for 1 minute in the microwave.  Remove and stir in 2 tbs peanut butter, I use Kirkland Natural, and 2 packs of sweetner.  Pour into the mini muffin molds and refrigerate.  After aroud 20 minutes place a pecan on top and keep in refrigerator.
I have one of these every morning with my morning coffee.

OH, those look soooooo good :thumbup:

I make something like them but I use a small ice try and freeze them.   I also use powder peanut butter sometime for a different texture
