Zuchinni Lasagna

Too hot to cook in the oven, so BamaPat made a delicious Lasagna without any pasta that we cooked on the keg. The Zucchini filled the bill, this was fantastic!

The prep, layering the sliced zucs with cheese and meat sauce.  The zucs were salted and drained on paper towels for a few hours to reduce the moisture.

On the wood fired oven, looking good.  And smelling mighty fine.


Time to dig in!

I am up for a big ole slice of that!

Salting and draining the zucchini first is something I need to try!
