Man I'm really liking Lavish bread for this type cook!   This time lower temp to see how it would work.   Did well but the center was st a tad soft

So next time I'll cook on a rack that should solve that issue!

What Lavash bread are you using? I can’t find any that less than 20g per serving.

Tommy, knowing how much you like a cracker crust pizza, this looks right up your alley!

I've had a hankering for some Detroit style pizza.

tommy is that the carbs per whole or half sheet?
the one I found at my local walmart lists a serving size as a half sheet.

Yes half sheet.  Even a half sheet being 6 carbs is not bad and it will hold a lot of cheese and meat.   So two people split this for a lunch is really not a bad deal
