Shrimp & Grits

No need to give up a favorite dish on low carb lifestyle thanks to the magic of cauliflower.  Just add cut up florets with water in a blender, pulse a few times, drain in a fine sieve and cook until tender with heavy cream.  Stir in some shredded cheese and garlic.  Sautee the Old Bay seasoned shrimp in some butter or ghee.
