Shrimp in smoked butter sauce and zucchini noodles

Decide to make shrimp and zucchini noodles   

Started of grilling the shrimp to get a nice char, then I placed a bowl with butter and garlic on the grate to soak uo some smoke flavor.   After the shrimp were read I tossed them in for a bit.

Will use them for lunch over a bed of zucchini noodels
 
Now Ill up load the rest of the pictures after lunch  ;)   And let y'all know what I think of the noodles  :D :D

Here it is, not bad.   Zucchini was a bit mushy but it was microved so maybe fresh would be better

Looks good.
What we do is after spiralizing the noodles put salt on them and allow to drain in a collander for a couple of hours.  Then rinse well and microwave just until hot.  That leaves them el dente.  Then we pull the noodles to one side and tilt the bowl in the opposite direction to drain the water before serving.

Good info, I'll try that next cook.   This time Kimmie bought pre cooked Green Gaint brand    I bet that maybe part of the mushy texture
