This is based off the FatHead dough recipe and as good as that is I figured I'd start there
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup almond flour
1 Tbs olive oil
1 large egg
1 pinch of salt
Melt cheese and mix in the rest of the ingredents, slit into two balls and roll out flat. I pan fryed/cooked in a 8 in pan till bottom was set then flipped , let other side go for about 3 min to 5 mins then tried them
Needs work but not bad for a first try. Any thoughts are welcome
