Went to Costco today and found some stuff.
Fired up my PK 360 and away we go.
On the menu tonight, tri tip (california prime rib), lobster, grill broccoli, blackberries and a bottle of water. Cooked the tri tip and lobster to 140° and the broccoli so it was still crunchy.

It was so tasty. Excellent meal. I hope it was keto. I could eat like this all the time.

Only thing I would change is the broccoli I would leave it raw buts that's me :)
Everthing else looks GREAT!!!
