Title: Hot Chocolate 2 net carbs

Needed some hot chocolate for a cool night.  Had some coconut milk, cocoa and monk fruit.  Turned out great, hit the spot.

I've done  Hot cocoa pretty much like this, but with almond milk and stevia extract. I love it!


I've not tried the Silk Coconut milk yet (my wife does most of the grocery shopping). How do you like it?

It's always in the fridge.  Much thicker and creamier than almond milk.  Of course I always have almond milk in the fridge also.

A lot of cool nights where I'm at this time of year! I'm definitely going to try this!
