So I got to wanting enchiladas and got to thinking that lavish bread is close to wraps so I gave it a try
I used 2 full sheets cut each in half which gave me 4 enchiladas, stuffed with taco meat and cheese
Here is the start to finish in pictures (there are a lot) Boy these were very good just like what you would get at a Mexican restaurant
I baked them for 15 mins on 350 temp then went back and added a little extra cheese for good measure

Not sure, Kimmie was at the store and knew I was making these so she bought the Old El Paso can so I could try it
Not bad 4 carbs per 1/4 cup and there are 4 servings so with the bread, taco mix and sauce I'm figuring about 6 to 7 carbs per
