Here is another recipe I'm working with. Please keep in mind all recipes are still in the development stages
3 cups alomond flour
1 1/2 cups Vital Gluten
1/2 cup starter
picnch salt
1 pack yeast 1/2 cup 110 water and 1/8 tsp sugar
work well let rise 3 hrs if poosible, then work into shape let rise again in fridge overnight bake at 425 to help steam rise dough
