Almond flour and Parmesean cheese coating

If your looking for a basic breading for ANY MEAT including Fish, Veggies oe even cheese sticks try this one...

Equel parts Almond flour and Parmesean cheese add in salt (to taste) and Parsley.     You can Fry with it, use in air fryer, on ther grill or bake with it

My Basic starting point is...   Depending on the amonut of meat or cheese to coat

1 cup almond flour
1 cup parmesean cheese
1 Tbs salt
2 Tbs parsley

I dip whatever I'm cooking in a egg wash then coat if frying in oil or air fryer,  IF baking or grilling I dip in coconut oil remove the excess and then coat  then into the fridge for a few hrs to set up
