Nann bread Low Carb

Although I have only tried this one time it's a good start for a nann bread.   

Remember, all my pizza crust and breads are still in the working stage so they can and should be tweeked as needed 

1/2 cup Coconut flour
1.5 tbsp psyllium husk powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1-1.5 cups hot water
1 Tbsp minced garlic (optional)
1/4 tsp Pink Salt

Cook on a flat top, iron skillet or even on the sides of a Big Easy like Pam has done in the past.      Very high heat needed!
