BACON crusted Chicken breast

One of my favorite chicken recipes.  Chicken coated with bacon bits.


4 skinless or skinned breast
  mayo or egg wash as a binder
8 oz bacon bits ground fine
S&P to taste

1. Brine chicken for 12 to 24 hrs in a basic brine
2. Dry chicken well the dip in egg wash or slather with mayo
3. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam or other non stick spray
4. Bake at 450 for 15 mins and ck IT of breast

Other ways to do this is add parmesan chips crushed fine to the bacon bits before coating.

This cook I used egg wash not mayo
