Salisbury Pork Chops

Kimmie found this recipe so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Really good, similer to salisbury steak yet only 2 carbs per chop.

Ingredients:

4 Pork Chops
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1   tsp Italian seasoning
1   tsp onion powder

Butter/Garlic sauce:

3 Tbs Butter
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Tbs lemon juice (optional)

1..Season chops with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and onion powder.

2.. Melt butter in pan and add cloves of garlic till they are translucent

3.. Add the chops and cook till you have a crust on both sides

4.. Pour broth, lemon juice and cream over the chops and move them around to mix up the sauce. REDUCE heat and let the sauce thicken till gravy like and they are ready to serve.
